2:262 الَّذِينَ يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ لَا يُتْبِعُونَ مَا أَنْفَقُوا مَنًّا وَلَا أَذًى ۙ لَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ Those that invest their prosperity in the best way of Allah then usually do not adhere to up what they have used with reminders [of it] or [other] injuries may have their reward with their Lord, and there'll be no panic regarding them, nor will they grieve.
Would any one of you like to have a yard of palm-trees and vines, with rivers flowing beneath it, with all kinds of fruit for him therein, and aged age had stricken him and he has weak offspring (to support) and a whirlwind with fireplace strikes it and it can be (all) eaten by hearth? Thus Allah can make simple the Verses to you personally, so that you might perhaps replicate. (266)
2:204 وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يُعْجِبُكَ قَوْلُهُ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيُشْهِدُ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا فِي قَلْبِهِ وَهُوَ أَلَدُّ الْخِصَامِ And from the persons is he whose speech pleases you in worldly daily life, and he calls Allah to witness as to what's in his coronary heart, still he would be the fiercest of opponents.

خَتَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَعَلَىٰ سَمْعِهِمْ وَعَلَىٰٓ أَبْصَٰرِهِمْ غِشَٰوَةٌ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
two:213 كَانَ النَّاسُ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً فَبَعَثَ اللَّهُ النَّبِيِّينَ مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنْذِرِينَ وَأَنْزَلَ مَعَهُمُ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فِيمَا اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ ۚ وَمَا اخْتَلَفَ فِيهِ إِلَّا الَّذِينَ أُوتُوهُ surah baqarah arabic مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ بَغْيًا بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ فَهَدَى اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لِمَا اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِإِذْنِهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ Mankind was [of] just one religion [just before their deviation]; then Allah despatched the prophets as bringers of good tidings and warners and despatched down with them the Scripture surah baqarah arabic text in truth to evaluate between the people concerning that where they differed.
